Ferguson Enterprises Returns:
To obtain an RMA, please log into the DreamLine dealer portal at https://ferguson.dreamline.com/login to start a request for an RMA, or send your request to [email protected].
Please include the following information:
- Purchase order number
- Reason for return
- Date the product was delivered
Once an RMA has been approved returns must be shipped to:

RMA guidelines:
- Product cannot not be returned after thirty days of original purchase.
- Ferguson Enterprises is responsible for freight on returns unless product is defective/warranty.
- Restocking fee is 25% percent plus $25.00 processing fee.
- Product cannot be installed and must be in re-sellable or brand-new condition.
- Purchase order or invoice number must be written on return.
- Custom made product is not returnable.
